Life's Like A Choo Choo Train...

Today was my first day at my new job. YAY! All I can say is that it wasn't at all what I was expecting. Once I started reading the documents, I realize that my part time job I had before doing designing job, this was so much better. I was actually focusing on work and I felt like I fit in instead of being clueless.  Well so far my first day went good. I also made a friend who's also new employer like me and we are having lunch together tomorrow. How wonderful is that. Sad thing she's only here for 5 weeks. Oh well just have to make the best out of work these 5 weeks.... :D But here are some picture I took while in the break room on the day I had my interview.... Recently, I've been checking one of my facebook app call Fortune cookie. Even though, I don't like what it had to say but nowadays, I've noticing that it spits out pretty good fortune or shall I say inspiration quotes. So I decided that from now on I will be posting those fortunes/quotes from the virtual fortune cookie. This is what it had to say today..... Fear is just excitement in need of an attitude adjustment. As you can see, this one is more of a inspirational quote. I love how it describe a person who is scared to do something in life such as complicated as getting married or simple as taking a high school test. But if you change your attitude in a positive direction, it gives you more confident and make you believe in yourself. You never know where life might take you. So why scared? Just kick your fear and face whatever comes on your way.. Mood: Optimistic! 

The reason I named my blog 'life's like a chu chu train' because it passes through so many towns and sometimes it stops for the station but doesn't wait for people. Also, train runs in hills and flat lands sometimes over the river on a bridge.  Right now, my life is going through the phase where I think it's going through a mountain or something.. one moment everything is going so well next moment everything changes. Before, I could hop on I feel like it's running away from me.  Sigh... just had a horrible day! Just when I started to work so hard to reach my goal and thinking everything will go well, that's when it goes all down hill....  I really hope it gets better. I don't know if I hit the rock bottom or not but I really hope I have. That way, the only way to go is up.. Mood:  Totally depressed!  *I have my fingers crossed for Monday. Really wishing that Monday will bring me some JOY!*

So I just want to do a quick post today.... One of my friend came from LA for an interview in the Bay Area. Yesterday, which I was preparing for my exam, she went out just to see San Fran around and this is what she bought me. HELLO KITTY PENCIL IN PINK I know some girls will die to have this.. (which I still can't figure out why) but it's pink and hello kitty... -____- Anyway, I bought a cup that I told you about earlier and oh I bought my first pot ever!!  *Of course to cook, even if I suck at it..* Just imagine milk in this cup.. get it.. happy cow cup with milk in it.. :p Oh and loo at that cute tea spoon that comes with that... I've been drinking in that cup ever since I got it and it only cost 0.99 cent... I Love It!  *Oh my poor brown mug* I was so excited that I couldn't wait to take the tag out. YAY it's finally here... after all that fasting. By the way.. did you lose any weight?? :p haha just kidding! Well, right now I'm still in my lonely apartment with a cup of coffee thinking about home and family. I've never missed a Holiday like I'm right now. I've never known how it is like to never celebrate a Holiday just because you're grown up and live apart. I always hear people say "Eh, it's just a family dinner" . Thinking back, I actually miss those egg hunting. Sigh! When I woke up today, I wasn't sure if I wanted to write a long post or not, I just wanted to wish you all a Happy Easter!!! But, right now I feel like what could be better than just sharing my post with you all and celebrate my Easter here (since I can't be back home). You know what, I miss going to church. When I was browsing some picture to put up, I came across those bunny sitting on the bench and those Stained glass just reminded me about back home in LA.

So..... I didn't come to work today cause I was feeling super lazy but I fought back my laziness *YESS!! One extra point for moi...* Anyway, it's so weird today one of my marketer was telling me to listen to this song call "I'm glad you came by Wanted".  Trust me it is weird.. we colleagues don't do that.. Blehh!! Oh and sorry no pictures today.. But there's picture coming up soon. I bought a very CUTE mug and a pan (yah yah I know what's so exciting about a cooking pan) but I'm so excited because it was my very first pan and I'm cooking in it... Pictures coming up next....

Things that has happened/I've achieved today: -Anger management. (Took a deep breath and just let it go) Although, it (whatever it was made me mad) hurt me a little, but I decided to ignore it and spend the day well. -I finally studied and finished almost 7 chapters.. YAY! I'm one step closer to taking my certification. *yes it's a lot to cover* My work shirt has some mysterious blue stain, which I have absolutely no clue where it came from because it was under my blazer. Also, I have no idea how to get rid of it and thank God mom's not here.. She'll kill me >_< Ok, can you guess the picture below? PS - if you're still lost, it's used to restroom but can you guess which is which? Cause I'm lost.. and why pizza??  This is the restroom sign in some restaurant in Korea. LOL.
