I haven't been blogging for so long, it's like I'm slowly starting to forget about it. That just make me sad. : ( well I've been kind of busy dealing with things and the only 2 days I get off from work seems to run away like trade mil. So, today I'm feeling a bit lazy and decided to finally sit down and blog.
YAY ME!!!!
Anyway, since I'm kind of feeling lazy I will put more picture and less writing. So, I wanted to go visit this chapel for so dang long that I couldn't wait anymore. I saw a chance and took all my cousins and their fiance/wife there.
It's call Wayferer's Chapel. I'm not too sure about the history of it. *Also because I'm too lazy to read about it* but from what I've heard is that only rich people can afford to get married here. Sigh!!!
Anyway, if you want to go visit, make sure you don't go there during the weekend. Most of the time they have weddings and you can't enter. I didn't make it to inside the chapel. I was so sad and mad for the people who had to get married at that day!!!!
*I silently curse them*
Of course not! I'm a nice girl and they are heck of a lucky couple to get married. So, I was looking at outside and it has such a nice view of the Pacific Ocean and a nice garden in the front entrance.
This is just a part of the garden picture I found but it was prettier when I went because all the flowers were bloomed.
So, after driving all that way, we decided to go to a Portuguese Point which is the at the edge of the Pacific Ocean.
We hiked up there and it was easy hike so if you decided to see the chapel, don't forget to visit this place. It's just across the road. I researched a bit and found out that this place is natural vegetation. They have birds migrate to this point and it's also very scientific and geological place for it's land sliding.
After the hike, we got hungry and my cousin's fiance decided to take us at a resort call Terannea Resort to eat. I know resorts are supposed to be very luxurious but my my this one is eye catching. I know it's SUPERRR expensive to stay there but if you can, go to the restaurant in the resort to look around. I PROMISE IT'S WORTH IT! You have to pay $2-$5 dollars parking ticket to park and then you can walk down.
This restaurant is call -----> Nelson's <-----. They have all american food like nachos and burgers. Pretty simple one page menu, little expensive, but enjoying a view like that and eating is priceless. I didn't want to come back but alas! Life's not that fair to yet! T___T
Here's what's happening at my work:
There was a firefighter's parade. They blocked the whole street front of my work and set up tents. So, it was lunch time and I decided to get a Hawaiian fried rice. Here's what I saw on the table they had.....
I have no idea what is this supposed to be but it's made out of coconut. Haha cute. It looks like one of those hula girls. :D
