Bar Adventure!

So me and my girlfriend decided to go for a drink last Saturday. We weren't sure where to go and I decided to Yelp it. Gosh the good thing about living in Hollywood was that there are limitless bars, lounges, clubs, and restaurant where they have small bar as well. Not to mention some of the restaurant opens only at night so they can be open till 2am.

 *I know freakingggg awesomeEE!!!*

We saw this lounge call The Woods - Hollywood, it was cheap plus looks good and had a good reviews. We go there, parked my car, (by the way it's only valet parking unless you park on the street - about $5), go inside and sit.

 GUESS WHATT???

Freaking bar.. only 1-2 people and I think they were barely setting up, not sure. But funny, we sat there and not even one waiter bothered to approach us. It felt so freaking weird and not to mention I was wearing freaking cocktail dress and the other 1-2 people were wearing jeans like it's every other day bar and it's not FRIDAY!!

So yeah that's what the bar looks like and the food and drinks are really cheap...Well I thought the picture was way too fancy than what it is.. It was dark which is good but not sure why was it empty if it has such a good rating. Anyway, it's definitely a dating place. So if you want to go to a bar and talk to you dates and have a little privacy, definitely The Woods!

So then, we left the bar and decided to go to out 2nd choice, which was Next Door Hollywood. It was amazing. Yes, it's a little more expensive that the Woods but definitely worth it. The only down thing about it is that you have to book your seat 2 weeks ago specially if it's weekend. I guess it's just so popular, and I don't doubt after going there, that people just want to be there. So here's the picture

When I was driving to this bar I was so lost and couldn't find the place at all. Now you know why? It's so secretive, there's no name expect that Key sign hanging. The coolest part was that you cannot enter without the password. FREAKING #%#%^$%^ or WHattttt??!!! :D:D:D:D

This is the website looks like and on the bottom it has a link that says "Get a password". You have two kinds of password, one to get into the bar or for the bar (general password) and the other one is for reserving a seat. You have to send an email to Next Door requesting to reserve a seat and what time you'll be arriving. Then, you'll get an email from Jeff sending you a secret password. LOL I have to say they do come up with most creative password. I was laughing when I saw what my password was. Of course I won't say it. *WINK*

This is guy who will guard the door and ask you your password. No the girl is not me! :P

This is what it looks like inside. Gosh the waiters are soo freaking nice and they looks gorgeous with they costume. It's like 60's bar.

The food wasn't that cheap but my my they are delicious! YUM! I ordered a sour drink (don't remember the name) and crab cake that was wrapped in a lettuce. My friend ordered a glass of wine and beef screw. Have to say it was filling. Definitely worth your money. I'm planning to take my cousin and few friends there for a treat cause I love it that much! ^___^

So, since we didn't have a table reserved, we sat at a table which was available until 10:30pm and we ate our dinner. We left to another bar because there was no point hopping one table to another and bar was pretty crowded to stand there. We then decided to go to this bar my friend went call Sait Felix.

Nothing fancy but the bartender was awesomee!! By the way his name is Bryan. You go there and tell him what you're in mood for and he will not disappoint you! I had a sour drink so I thought why not another sour drink. Boy I have no idea what I had but it was strong for a small drink and yummy!! Also, he's so good at magic tricks but you have to stay there and observe. He's not one of those attention seeker bartender. I was sitting there watching him while my friend was flirting with another guy. That's when I notice his tricks while he makes the drinks :D it was fun. Then, this couple came sat next to us and ordered some shots. Since I had to drive they offered the shots to my friends. So the Bryan, the bartender asked how many shots, put the lemon on the place and put em up on flames. IT was soo thrilling to see fire tricks while you're half drunk. Haha. then, while he was pouring out the alcohol, he put a little flame on his hand and out is in his mouth. :O Isn't that  freaking cool.??

*Yes I know I keep on saying freaking cool and great for every line*  >________<

So this is the back of the bar and no it wasn't this bright inside the bar. It was more dark and they were actually having a birthday party in there. Another funny thing is, I was almost going to approach on a very attractive guy only to find out right before my eyes that his gay. He just gave a little kiss to his boyfriends. Hahahaha! Yes, it was really funny..!!

Anyway, we ended up another sports bar and found 2 guys who treated us to dinner but we had to get sober and came home. Overall, it was such a great night!! My friend never disappoint me whenever we are together. Also, I guess we do tend to find crazy place or do crazy things when we find it too normal. So that's all for now because now I have to get ready for another adventurous

Ok fine!! I'm bored at work and I'm pinteresting. I came across this picture. Tell me it's not pretty. Whoever the artist is, I want to ask him to draw me. This girl is so pretty and I love the little nose ring she has. Ahh absolutely gorgeous. I wonder how did the artist painted the blush on her cheeks. It looks very real and the artist captured her emotions very clearly. WOW! Love it!! Wish I was that pretty.. -____-

How do you deal with heartache? My previous unfinished tale: "I'm not sure how else to say it. I got heartache. There are just so many things going on in my head. I'm confused about how to process this and what to say or write but I guess I'm going to do that anyway. I met a guy, whose name shall not be mentioned, at a party. I thought he was pretty cool considering he's the type of guy doesn't attract me most of the time. I guess the part of him I liked about him was that he's social and is very open minded about life in general. He made me feel comfortable and........ " Present day: I started writing about my heartache but couldn't finish due to work. So, I decided to write another journal entry. I have said this before in my blog I keep so many journal starting from paper diary to phone to here. I wish I had my diary with me but since it's not, here I am, writing yet another sob story. It began this morning. I didn't want to...
