Well I was contemplating between 'cool apps' or 'dating sites' to write about. I'm still not too sure but I think I will give you a little update on what I have been doing with my life.
So recently, I have moved to OC because I got a job offer and started working immediately. I'm staying with a relative close to where I work but not quiet. The only problem that is really motivating to look for apartment everyday is that this place has a parking issue. There are no parking what so ever available if you come home after 5pm .. grr.
So, how I'm looking for apartment? Well other than Craiglist, I have found some cool apps to help me look for apartment on the go.
So, let me know which is your favorite and why. Happy Hunting!!

Apartment Finder: the best app there is. It saved me tons of time and energy. All you have to do is put the filter criteria and you can search. It will show you in two options - maps or list views. In a map you can see the number of how many apartments are vacant.
What I like about this app is that once you click on the apartment you like, you can call directly and after the call, you can type in the details on the 'Add notes'. When you save the listing as your favorite, you can see the details as you look through. Perfect! Don't have to keep guessing the details.
Lovely: when I first accepted this job I told everyone that I was moving. One of my co-worker suggested I look into Lovely. It's almost similar to Apartment Finder. Only cool thing about this app is that the red dots are the ones that are added to the app new/fresh listings. It really helps me and notifies me when a new listing comes up.
PadMapper: This is a very overwhelmed app for me but still helpful. This one looks similar to google map except it shows you all the listings with red pin drop. Once you hover your mouse over, you can see a small preview of the details that looks like Craiglist listings.
Zillow: Now Zillow is almost same as PadMapper but the cool thing about this one is that it will save you tons of time trying to hover over or click to see the details. If you have a budget that you are looking for your apartment, then this app will show you all the listing on the map with their pricing on it. You can easily see all the listings and filter out the details
So, let me know which is your favorite and why. Happy Hunting!!
