Ok so I just randomly decided to blog today. I was reading one of my favorite blog and I think you all know the famous "Mimi proposal". Well guess what? It's the girl and she has her own blog which I've been reading every since I found that she's a blogger. So she's getting married and from what I've read so far, she wants out of the ordinary wedding. she's going through lots of stress about the wedding but she finally decided on her invitation.. Take a look... *How Cute Is That???* She wanted to have a funny cartoon-y theme and their favorite movie was "Up" and that's where she got the inspiration from. Anyway, there was lots of thing going on about this thing and some of it was bad opinion. But as I was reading her blog today, I realized how much she inspired me to be strong and not let anything get on your way when you truly want something. I just had one of those moments when a light just blinked on top of my head said &quo

Something Something! Maybe A Dream....

I don't have much time to blog but I've been itching to write about this. I know you will all love this. Before I start, I want to update on my work situation. If you've been reading my blog since the day one, you know how frustrated I was about finding a job. Now I finally have a perfect job. ^_^ First week of my work we celebrated a day for all assistance at work. So yesterday when I was working, the mail lady dropped a box on my desk. I was curious to know who is it from or what it was. I didn't think that anyone had anything to mail me. When I opened... it was.... *I'm so freaking happy and speechless*  It turned out that not my manager but our team leader had sent that to me. It's a Thank you cookie. I felt so happy at that moment. Once again it reminded me why I love my job. It may not pay as much as I was expecting but boy the environment is good. It's a Great place to work.  So, as you all know next Monday is Memorial Da

Work It Girl!

I'm the kind of person who doesn't consider vegetarian food as food. Why? Because like thousands of other American I too hate vegetable. I've always liked meat and didn't understand why do people eat vegetable especially when it came to elder people. Few years ago my dad started eating more healthy because he was diagnosed with high cholesterol. He stopped eating any kind of meat or sweet even milk tea. So that made me thinking and understand the effect of eating healthy. I met a guy at my college who was slim (of course good looking), played tennis, and ate healthy. What I noticed is that to be healthy or to lose weight, you don't need to leave all the good food you like. I guess you can say he was my inspiration. I started playing tennis and a healthy diet. By the way if you're curious I'm only 95lbs. You may think "Omg she's already too skinny and she's on diet" . Well let me tell you something. I've always wanted to stay slim e

To-Do list that makes you wanna DO!

I just came back from a friend's going away and it was SO much fun to see everything. Even though they aren't reading my blog, but thanks guys. :D I'm super happy!  Anyway, I really want to do a quick post that I've been wanting to do for few days now.. First of all, last weekend I had a birthday to attend and my favorite Dimsum lunch. Sadly, I ended up cancelling that because mom needed some last minute help which ended up being the whole day..  *Arghh talk about pain!!!* So on Sunday, mom told me to make some pasta for her so she can take it to work next day.  If you have been reading my blog, you already know pasta is my favorite thing. I experiment with my pasta and try to make it as healthy as possible. I added some peas and carrot and I thought "Wow if this doesn't look good, then I don't what does". Unfortunately, mom comes back, sees the pasta, first thing runs through her mind "what is this? No egg?" -____-

Another Sweet Craving and pasty blog - Bleh!

I thought it's 11:18pm and I'm heck-of-a-tired-and-sleepy-girl right now, so I thought a quick update on my blog would be nice. But let's face it.. it's never that quick.. Once you start you just can't stop. Anyway I was going through this major Chinese food craving at my work for lunch. Now, I'm going through this major sweet craving, especially french pastries.. *Woo Laa Laa* So on Friday, someone had their 15th year anniversary at the company working and this is what they served us.. Isn't my work amazing or whatt??  ^_^    Just what I needed!  But here's the bad news.. *ahh my lifeee sucksss!!*  When am I ever going to find a guy who can cook me all this.. have you noticed something? I'm like pastriesholic (if there's ever something like that) Anyway back to sad story, you all know I find my pictures and fulfill my dreams/craving through google. So I came across this website call  I Shot The Chef, Can You Taste It?   ha h
